L8MS Risk is a tool for completing a Legionella risk assessment.
The competence of the assessor remains of paramount importance and should be matched to the system being assessed. The assessor’s knowledge, training, experience and ability should include: Legionella awareness - Legislation & regulation - Design of water systems and relevant codes of practice & guidance - Cleaning and disinfection techniques - Assessment of records, - Monitoring of water systems - System inspection techniques and condition appraisal - microbiological sampling and ‘in field’ training and experience with a qualified assessor. L8MS Risk does not remove or negate the need for assessors to be competent.
This software has been designed to aid in the production of risk assessments. The supplier does not however accept any liability for the accuracy or suitability of the reports produced.
